Our practice endeavours to provide high quality care that respects your autonomy. If you would like make a complaint about your care please let us know as soon as possible. We will take time to understand your concerns and navigate a resolution with you.

You can contact the practice via our website enquiry form, email, or via post, at PO Box 7049, Yarralumla ACT 2600. We will respond to your communication within 14 days and aim to provide a response within 45 days.

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your complaint you may also contact the ACT Human Rights Commission which handles complaints about the provision of health services in the ACT. Visit


There are many ways our team receive positive feedback from patients, and this encourages us to continue our efforts to deliver high quality care.
