Before you choose a booking path

Returning patients
A brief review, significant review or returning-patient-only treatment can be appropriate when the clinic already has the relevant history and plan.
Telehealth may suit
Telehealth may support selected women’s health appointments, significant reviews, pre-procedure prescriptions and results discussion. It is not urgent care, not a procedure substitute and not a prescription guarantee.
In-clinic procedure
Insertion, removal, replacement and other procedure pathways may need preparation, a device, a prescription, previous records or phone advice first.

Should I book medical or aesthetic care?
If the concern is about symptoms, contraception, periods, menopause, prescriptions, referrals or procedures, start with women’s health. If the concern is skin quality, redness, hair, collagen change or aesthetic planning, start with consultation-first skin or aesthetic care.
Can I book telehealth?
Sometimes. Telehealth may be suitable for selected women’s health appointments, significant reviews, procedure prescription preparation or results discussion. It is not urgent care and does not replace a procedure.
Can I request a repeat prescription through the contact form?
No. Use the repeat prescription request page and the repeat prescription pathway when available. The contact form is not for medication requests.
What if I cannot find the appointment type in the booking system?
Call the clinic rather than booking an unrelated appointment. The wrong appointment type may delay care or require rescheduling.
What if I have urgent symptoms?
